Some people have mentioned they're having trouble getting to
	"yallara.cs.rmit.edu.au"
for my DES library.  Looking in the DNS I get:

	yallara.cs.rmit.edu.au. 43200   CNAME   yallara.cs.rmit.OZ.AU.
	yallara.cs.rmit.oz.au.  10754   A       131.170.24.42
	yallara.cs.rmit.oz.au.  10754   A       192.55.190.42

(Why two domains?  It's historical)  So if you're having trouble with
the address, try one of the above.
