Anyone running the "POSTGRES v4.1" database package from Berkeley
on NetBSD 0.9.

I know there was an attempt by Igor Bartchenkov on 386BSD on a older
release! He had to work around shared memory, dynamic loader and
IPC code, etc to get it to some what work.
