For those that missed my Linuxtag report[1], there was an offer of 
OpenMoko[2] demo hardware and specs, to port NetBSD. From their wiki: 
``OpenMoko is an Open Source project to create the world's first free 
mobile phone operating system.'' If anyone's interested, drop me mail and 
I'll get you in contact.
