I don't know of any mbx ports, specifically, but I know that there
were some mpc860 ports floating around.  I borrowed heavily for
some mpc8260 work that I did.  The code wasn't in great shape, but
I'm sure someone's done some work in the last couple of years and
cleaned it up some.  I haven't, though.  Search the mailing lists
if no one pipes up on their own...  Last I heard, there was a
lingering bug in the pmap.

You'd have some work to do to make the mpc860 code more common (you
can look at some of the ibm4xx code for an example of ppc-family
common device code), and to bring the port up to date, etc.
