I suggest the text below to be added to http://www.netbsd.org/Ports,
section #suggested-other. Since there seems to be some interest in
a port, perhaps a port-pdp10 mailing list could be created? If so,
please change the contact address below.

"PDP-10" is the commonly used name for the processor architecture
used in the DECsystem-10 and DECSYSTEM-20 mainframes. The first
version of the architecture, with an 18-bit address space, would
not be suitable for a port. However, a later version of the
architecture extended the address space to 30-bits. A NetBSD port
should be possible as soon as the
    <a href="http://pdp10.nocrew.org/gcc/">PDP-10 GCC port</a> is
ready. It wouldn't require access to a real machine to start
    development since the
    <a href="http://klh10.trailing-edge.com/">KLH10</a> emulator
    supports the extended architecture.
