I fed "4.4BSD" into the Amazon search box, and it said:

<URL:http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0201549794>

That number at the end is the ISBN.

(And yes, it's an excellent book, though you need to watch out for the
places where NetBSD has diverged from 4.4BSD.)
