From the mac68k page on www.netbsd.org:
June 26, 1999: Quadra 900/950 serial console 
    The Quadra 900 and Quadra 950 are usable from the serial
    console as of today. 

So I guess a recent -current snapshot should work with a serial console should
work. I'm not sure for the video board.
