I've been on port-hp700 for a while.

I'd like to see an hp700 port happen (and I managed to scrounge up an
hp700) but I'm massively overcommitted on a number of fronts and don't
have time to work on it.  I'm familiar with the PA instruction set and
some of the mechanics of cross-compiling NetBSD but I'm not really
familiar with the low-level details of the hardware.

I can probably provide some help on setting up cross-build environment
using the existing in-tree compiler goo (which will make integrating
the port pretty easy..).
