I haven't figured out what mtpr.h is supposed to be.  Does anyone
know?  (Presumably someone does, but could I be enlightened?)
I have no problems in having the sir stuff in only cpu.h.  Well,
I'd like to see it all in one place, too, and the fact that it is
in two bothers me ;-)
