it's weird:
in most of the m68k ports, "setsoftnet()" is defined in cpu.h and
mtpr.h. for the rest of the ports, it's defined in cpu.h,
if it's defined at all. (it's *not* defined in the pc532 port...)
where *should* this go? i'd guess cpu.h...
thoughts?
