These appear to be no longer available...

	Creative Labs WebCam III
	D-Link DSB-C300
	Puretek PT-6007

...which all seem to be 640 x 480 in any case and all the
newer ones are 1.3 Megapixel types. Any of those newer ones
work yet with NetBSD? Which pkg goes with them, if so?
