ok, so this also got deleted during the 'make update'...

I would then go to the wip/pkgmanager directory and try a 'make install' 
to get this up and running.

When working with pkgmanager it's also important to have wip/pkgmanager 
itself in the want list, because otherwise it will remove itself.
