I need to get DNS/resolver to never use UDP and always use TCP.

You would think that there would be some option for
/etc/resolv.conf but I can not find one in the fine manual.

Alternately, is there some proxy that will listen for DNS on
udp and tcp and ship the requests upstream via tcp?
