Hello.
I have just started using NetBSD on an old PC after many years with
Linux. I am using NetBSD 3.0. I have a specific hardware device that
is not configured by the stock kernel (GENERIC) but which is supported
by the ral driver.
The ral module does not appear in the 3.0 kernel source but it is in
current. I can compile the 3.0 GENERIC kernel but not current. On the
basis of making as few changes as possible I would just like to
incorporate the ral module code in my 3.0 source code and compile it
into my kernel. How do I do this?
Cheers
Ian
