The dhcp server is telling you that there is no dynamic address pool out
of which to give the switch a lease.  Dhcpd is looking for a pool because
there is no fixed entry in the configuration file.  So, if you want the
switch to get an IP address using DHCP, you'll need either to add an entry
for it's MAC address in your dhcpd.conf, or add a dynamic pool for unknown
machines.  If you don't want the switch to have an IP address, you can just
ignore the log entries or find some way to configure it - maybe by serial
console?
