I am seeking help from anyone with Xdmx experience, as I am having
trouble getting a multiheaded setup to include a window manager.

I seem to be able to start an X server on the backend display
machines, run Xdmx, and run, for example, an xterm on the new display.
However, without a window manager, I get only a raw xterm, of course.

How can I set this up so that a window manager is running across the
backend displays? Ideally, I would be able to run a script on the
frontend machine which would start up X in a "normal" configuration
across the backend machines. Even better would be to have such a
thing happen as soon as one logs into the frontend machine? Does
anyone have any such scripts or configurations that I could use as a
starting point?

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,
Brook
