The messages you have there have nothing to do with your dhclient
having trouble. They are harmless.

I don't know why you have to kill and restart your dhclient but it has
nothing to do with this. If it is too annoying to you and you don't
have a way to try debugging it, why not put in a cron job as a
workaround for now? "/etc/rc.d/dhclient restart" should do it.
