Yes, I will regenerate as needed for the specific package directories.

Not checked in. It is at

ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/reed/build_complete_pkg_datafile_from_packages

It creates individual spec files, then I join them together to make the
entire available list.

I could generate this master list quarterly and then run find -newer and
build new list daily and provide a diff against the original quarterly
list.
