You don't say which version of NetBSD you are trying to install.
But the 'file system full' happens because there isn't enough room
in the install ramdisk root filesystem for a core dump of sysinst.
There are some issues in 1.6.1, 1.6.2 doesn't have any (known to me)
problems, but you'd find sysinst a much better experience if you
find (or build) a current or 2.0 RC1 snapshot.
