I've tried booting from both a bootable cd and also from the 
boot1.fs/boot2.fs floppies and I'm getting the same results:   The 
installation hangs before making it to the main Install System screen.  
The last couple of lines before it freezes are:
isapnp0: no ISA Plug 'n Play devices found
biomask ffed netmask ffed ttymask ffef
<stops here>

I've detached all usb devices, but I really don't want to have to remove 
any pci cards, as I am using everything installed in Windows XP, which 
is also running on this machine.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I should try next?
