Subscribe to "source-changes" and "pkgsrc-changes", and upgrade when 
you see something interesting? If that's too much mail for you, there 
are digest lists, or you can follow the mailing lists on the web page, 
or on a mail-to-news gateway (such as news.netbsd.org).
