i noted recently Andy Ruhl <acruhl@gmail.com> posted about
his trouble with cgdconfig, and i have the same, but the
already done answer dont satisfy me now.
after updated the system to 2.0G, `etcupdate`d, and after
a run of ./MAKEDEV all the problem persists:

# cgdconfig -g -o /etc/cgd/wd0f -V disklabel aes-cbc
# cgdconfig cgd0 /dev/wd0f
cgdconfig: can't open cgd "cgd0", "/dev/rcgd0d"

i would be grateful to any suggestion.
