Check two things.
* Do you have the INET6 option enabled in your kernel
configuration? If you are running the GENERIC kernel configuration,
this should be enabled. If you configured your own kernel, you
should check it.
* Did you install a new browser at about the time the problem
started? Some versions of the Mozilla Web browsers wouldn't
access IPV6 Web servers.
It is also possible that your nameserver or your ISP's nameserver
is not properly configured or needs more time to cache.
