Hi,

Some answers to your questions:

* NetBSD serial ports are /dev/tty00 and /dev/tty01.
* If you're running INSTALL_SMALL or INSTALL_TINY SLIP support is not inclu=
ded.

Other possibilities:

* Wouldn't it be possible to netboot this machine? Or is your NIC not suppo=
rted by SRM?=20
* SLIP is in most cases obsoleted by PPP, you may have better luck with PPP.
* Another way would be to put the disk in another computer temporarily.
