Hi,

I'm having some problems recording audio with my laptop and microphone. I
set up the 'mixerctl -w record.source=mic' and 'cat < /dev/audio' works fine
and I can hear everything from my speaker. But I how can I output the
audio into a file?

When using audiorecord for something like 'audiorecord file.au' it puts
nothing to the file and does nothing, and when I do 'audiorecord -d
/dev/audio file.au' the sounds go straight to my speaker instead of the file..
