Hi Jim,

Usually you can burn the ISO directly, e.g. you'll use something like

cdrecord -v speed=2 dev=/dev/rcdld sparc64cd.iso

I don't know if your dev statement is correct, you can find the correct parameters to dev via 'cdrecord --scanbus'.

To create a bootable cd, you'll have to use mkisofs a little bit different, AFAIK with mkisofs -r -J -B /path_to_bootimage /cd_root_dir   for SPARC's
