Lets not forget useless subjects.  coming home from 14 days away and
not reading lists, I've just whacked several hundred messages based on
Subject alone.  Either things that I just don't care about or vague
subjects ("A Question"  or "Doesn't work").

useful Subjects will at least get the attention of those who are busy
and, perhaps, knowledgable.
