Yes, I know - but since it fails to find it, it make gmake abort, too... And
from what I understand looking at the Makefile you can tell gcc where to look
via (g)make.

Well, thank you very much for the hint. Unfortunately, I have not yet set up
my ISDN-card.
The problem is, I know this going to be a lengthy task which would have been
easier to do while watching TV... ;-) And I got xawtv to compile, I mean, I
got the sources already installed...
Are there any possibilites to set system-wide variables for headers and
libraries? (GNU/Linux has /etc/ld.so.conf for libraries; I guess this should
be similar for NetBSD... With headers I'm not sure...)
Otherwise I'll try to set up the ISDN card first (already configured and 
recompiled my kernel - BTW, recompiling the kernel is really *fast*) and then 
use pkgsrc.
