Hi,

Go get the patch/service pack/update/whatevertheycallit to SimCity.  I
forget where it is, but the game runs after that.

I did discover a bug in the game, however, where if you connect with
another city to sell them services (water, trash, whatever), the game
will immediately say that you're out of compliance and fine you.  But
I doubt that's a NetBSD problem. :-)
