I have tried to transfer discussion of my package problem (see "nbase 
missing in packages for nmap and nmapfe") to tech-pkg@NetBSD.org, but 
although I got confirmation of my subscription, and I am getting the 
messages from the list, I am unable to get the list to post my own 
messages. I also get no response from owner-tech-pkg@NetBSD.org.

Any suggestions?
