Your problem is related to the dubbele version of NetBSD. You may want to
ask them instead for assistance. As far as I know, it is not official
NetBSD. Their website has an email link you can use to ask questions.

I see it is still at version 1.5.3.

Anyways (I assume), you can just untar the man.tgz from your favorite FTP
mirror via  http://www.netbsd.org/mirrors/

It is at:
pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5.2/shared/ALL/man.tgz

Then do:
 cd /
 tar xzf /path/to/man.tgz

Hopefully, the official NetBSD 1.5.2 man pages are applicable to the
dubbele version of NetBSD.
