No. You just need all of them if you want binaries of all of pkgsrc on
CD. Probably only one of them is needed for pkgsrc itself.

Myself, I'd just build kde from sources if you have a reasonably new
machine and a decent net connection -- just unpack pkgsrc, 
cd /usr/pkgsrc/x11/kde3, and type "make install" -- pkgsrc will do all
the rest automatically for you.
