Depends how your address was assigned.   If it came from DHCP
(you have dhclient=YES in /etc/rc.conf) then it should get created
automatically.

If you're assigning addresses manually, you need to create resolv.conf
manually as well.

If you were relying on sysinst setting up network configuration for you,
then don't, it doesn't do a very good job.
