It doesn't really matter which package you install first, because it will
automatically install its dependencies (required packages) too.
I can't remember if that CD has kde-3, but if it does, maybe install the
meta package like kde-3.0.2.tgz.
On some NetBSD 1.6 boxes, I have:
kdebase-2.2.2nb1
kdelibs-2.2.2nb2
koffice-1.1.1nb1
(I should upgrade!)
