that all depends on whether or not you're recording the information to
*support* incremental transfers.  if you are, and the requesting
server is configured to (or supports, at least, i'm not sure of this
bit) incremental zone transfers, that's what'll happen.

in the expected case, though, you're not, so it isn't.
