This looks like an ant bug - I wouldn't bother with this one.

This is your problem - what platform and JDK do you have?
To be honest, I'd be inclined to just get a binary build of 4.1.18
unless you have a reason to use 3.2 - just get the tarfile from
jakarta.apache.org/tomcat and extract it, that works fine for me on
i386/current (1.6L).
