man rc.conf
man named.conf

alice# grep -i named_ /etc/rc.conf
named=YES               named_flags=""          # see below for named_chrootdir
#named_chrootdir="/var/chroot/named"

Please try to solve your problems 5 minutes longer before asking.
Try also the "apropos" and the locate programs.
