I don't have more idea, sorry. I have an old version of cups and an old
version of samba, maybe that's why it works ...

I guess you tried to restart samba. On my server, printing won't work
after a reboot. Both cups and samba are started, but prints seems to
go to /dev/null without anything in the logs.
restarting smbd a few minutes after the boot fixes it.
