hi,

the file is usually called i386cd.iso. i looked at the ftp, this file
doesn't seem to exist yet for 1.5.3, in the 1.5.2 folder you find it - for
the old version.

of course you can create yourself, but remember to create a bootable cd.
the image basically contains the

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5.3/i386/

folder, plus the ./installation/floppy/boot-big.fs file as the floppy
image for the bootable cd.
