Someone was asking about quake2, and someone else asked if they had
compiled it (I thought they asked from pkgsrc).  I confess that I didn't
actually look.  (^&

What I have is the GNU/LINUX Quake 2 commercial distribution, which my
brother bought for me a few years ago.  It runs under binary emulation.
