I would recommend cfs to use, AFAIK it is the only CryptoFS
available for NetBSD.

I installed it a few days ago and it worked after 20 minutes of
work. There are 2 READMEs in the package and they describe the
whole bunch of work to do.
(If you copied your data to your encrypted filesystem, wipe them out
not just "rm" them)

I also wrote a very short Doc about cfs, it's available at
http://www.net-tex.de/unix/crypto.html but only in german.
