Not sure if the 1.5 branch has 4.2, but you can get the X sources
separately. I have a 1.5.3 system, and I just built XFree 4.2. I don't
know how much better it is (it didn't magically add another 2MB to my video
card ;) but it seems to have fixed an annoyance I was having that caused
vertical lines to be wavy.

My guess is that there aren't a lot of changes made to X to adapt it to
NetBSD, so the -current branch of that tree probably doesn't change very
much. Sup it down and give it a try!

Cheers!
