Hi,

ok, dumb question. I've just installed NetBSD-1.5.2 (yay!) and pkg_added the
net-snmp package. Being a local addition, I can see the startup/shutdown
script sitting there in /usr/pkg/etc/rc.d/snmpd.

Under FreeBSD, the contents of the local rc.d directory, /usr/local/etc/rc/d
are automagically started on boot, but not on NetBSD--I think. So, right now
I believe that I have to start it "manually".

So, in which place do I add that start up script? /etc/rc.local?

Best regards,
