apart of your timeout problem, are you sure you want to serve *kernel*
over tftp?  the *bootloader* is fetched from tftp and kernel is loaded
after mounting device containing kernel file over NFS.

did you read Diskless "NetBSD HOW-TO" and the NetBSD/hp700 specific
parts properly?
