Is this installed via pkgsrc (or NetBSD package)?

If so, look under your /usr/pkg/share/examples/squirrelmail directory for
Apache HTTPD config called squirrelmail.conf.

It should give you some basic examples.

You could copy that "Alias" directive to make an alias for "webmail" too.

Also do:

 pkg_info -D squirrelmail
