I have a running sendmail server and would like to configure an ACL/filters
to prevent curtain users (not all) from sending mail to all but one domain.
It is a standard NetBSD-current installation which includes Sendmail. All
users are using the same sendmail server with the same domain name and
Outlook Express is the generic mail client.

Being fairly new to this, I would greatly appreciate a few pointers to other
potential mail packages or configurations which would help with my problem.
