Greetings!

I am a linux intermediate and a NetBSD newbie. 
Request help on Bandwith consolidation. (what to
install, what to read, etc...)

I have 3 IPs on 1 PC providing 15KBPs each. I would
like to consolidate that bandwith for a total of
(45KBPS) to serve the local users. This is a NAT
machine.

Oh, I'm still downloading the installer and hope to
get more info on this topic asap. 

Also, I heard that there is such a thing as "dummynet"
bandwith management in FreeBSD. Is it available in
NetBSD?
