Such big email messages are a dubious proposition considering many ISPs don't
accept any message so big.  My ISP stated their limit was 8 MB and most other
ISPs had a limit of 5 MB.  It is pretty dumb in any case to send such a big
MSWord attachment without verifying beforehand that the recipient will be able
to read it.
