And again it went down, this time I wrote netstat's output down:

362 mbufs in use:
        252 mbufs allocated to data
        109 mbufs allocated to packet headers
        1 mbufs allocated to socket names and addresses
63/72 mapped pages in use
248 Kbytes allocated to network (87% in use)
0 requests for memory denied
0 requests for memory delayed
0 calls to protocol drain routines

ifconfig rtk0 down; ifconfig rtk0 up helped

I really really wish that someone knows how to fix or even debug this problem. I feel fooled.
