You're both wrong :-)

RS/6000s have:

POWER
  -- or --
POWER2
  -- or --
PowerPC

processors, depending on model.

Actually, they're IBM PowerPC processors if you want to get technical, I
doubt IBM uses any Motorolas in the RS/6000's.......
